Another online gaming ban in Germany
In line with various other German Bundesländer, the government of the region of Baden-Württemberg decided to prohibit Austrain online betting operator bWin to operate or advertise on its territory. A breach of this new government decision will be penalised by €50.000 per day. Bwin said it would challange the decision in the courts.
