EU consultants study on gambling markets

The consultants retained by the European Commission to study the gambling markets and regulations in the various EU Member States published their findings. The report, almost 2000 pages (!) long is available from:

The report has an unfortunate history. It was commissioned before the European Parliament and Member States made the political decision earlier this year not to harmonise EU gambling legislation. Its use may therefore be limited as an academic view on national gambling regulations and another interpretation of EU Treaty law at the most.
