The Swedish Supreme Administrative Court yesterday decided not to change the decision of the Government to reject the application from bookmaker Ladbrokes to start betting operations in Sweden.

The Court confirmed that the government decision is in line with EU law, which allows a Member State to impose those restrictions it feels necessary to maintain public morality and public order.
