NTRA seeks RCI support for Office of Wagering Integrity

The National Thoroughbred Racing Authority decided on 27 January to seek the cooperation of the Association of Racing Commissioners International (RCI) for the creation of an “Office of Wagering Integrity”.

The RCI already runs an Integrity Services program, which aims to monitor fairness and security in pari-mutual betting. This programme enjoys the support of some major betting operators and the Horsemen Benevolent and Protective Association.
