Undefeated NOTABLE SPEECH (GB) [121] has joined the Top 3 in the third edition of the LONGINES World’s Best Racehorse Rankings for 2024 following his victory in the Qipco 2000 Guineas Stakes (G1).
 

 
 
Notable Speech, who was unraced as a juvenile, won the 2000 Guineas by 1 ½ lengths to join the rankings. The Guineas was his first race at the top level and also his first effort on turf. Notable Speech has won all four of his starts this year, with the other three coming at Kempton.
 
The same day Notable Speech took the Guineas, MYSTIK DAN (USA) [120] proved victorious in a dramatic running of the Kentucky Derby presented by Woodford Reserve (G1). Mystik Dan won the race by a nose over SIERRA LEONE (USA) [119], while FOREVER YOUNG (JPN) [119] was another nose behind in third. All three colts have joined the rankings off of that effort.
 
Meanwhile, in Australia, PRIDE OF JENNI (AUS) [120] has improved her rating to 120 from 118 and is now the highest rated filly/mare in the world following her impressive score in the Queen Elizabeth Stakes (G1), which she won by 6 ½ lengths.  Earlier this year, Pride of Jenni won the Sharp EIT All-Star Mile and was narrowly beaten in both the Sportsbet C F Orr Stakes (G1) and TAB Australian Cup (G1).
 
Additionally, MASTER OF THE SEAS (IRE) [120] and JUSTIN MILANO (JPN) [119] have also joined the rankings following their latest efforts. Master Of The Seas took the Maker's Mark Mile Stakes (G1) in his 2024 debut, while Justin Milano won the Satsuki Sho (Japanese 2000 Guineas) (G1).
